The question is what we have to map? Is official information about closure enought to mark it as closed? How to map it in this case, when you can go from one side (no signs), but not from another.

Or is there (way/174842408) any sign, which say that section to Cald. Verde is closed? So only part between this place (exit of the tunnel) and Cald. Verde is really closed?

Tento úsek není silnicí první třídy. Podle https://geoportal.rsd.cz/apps/silnicni_a_dalnicni_sit_cr_verejna/ se jedná o nájezd na dálnici (motorway_link) a skutečné značení také neukazuje, že by tomu bylo jinak. Upravil jsem zpět na motorway_link

Dobrý den, dálnice je zatím uzavřená, je tedy nutné při změně z constuction=motorway na highway=motorway přidat i access=no (zákaz vjezdu).
Na tomto úseku to teď opravím.

pokud se ke kruháči napojuje např. secondary, tak ty jednopruhové části jsou pořád secondary, nikoliv secondary_link. Tam kde tuto chybu najdu, ji opravím.

je tam i napsáno, že u kruháčů se používají '_link' pouze pro části mimo hlavní tah (tedy bypassy / zkratky).

Tato část určitě není ve stavbě, vracím vaše změny zpět. Doporučuji vždy kontrolovat na webu rsd. Např. tady pro tuto stavbu (https://apdos-v2.creativesound.cz/media/stavba/54/leaflet/infoletak_d35-stare-mesto-mohelnice.pdf). Zahájení stavby bude (předpoklad) až v roce 2026. Na místě může již probíhat archeologický průzkum nebo jiné přípravné práce, samotná stavba však určitě ne.

I also added Lidar layer to JOSM, so now it will be perfect.

chvíli jsem to teď nechápal, ale už jsem na to přišel. V OSM je totiž zakreslena i plánovaná komunikace "Ružinovské" a tohle byla její již postavená část. Ale chápu, že správně se tak zatím určitě jmenovat nemá, upravil jsem to changeset/165944634

Není nutné, aby se jednalo o SMV. Jako trunk se značí všechny směrově dělené silnice s mimoúrovňovými křižovatkami dálničního typu. Vracím tedy zpět na trunk.
