I know what you mean. I made the stupid move of travelling to Vancouver, BC for the purposes of inebriation and mapping the city from a tourist's propsective, and neglected to bring a coat. The weather? -5 to +5°C the entire time. I froze my nards off and ended up only mapping about 1100 kilometers of railroad instead.
