To be honest here, yes this intersection looks properly mapped. Also looks like Bing is the latest imagery. However as witnessed by the road wear in Bing, people have made illegal left turns here... not just one or two people either...

now the dilemma: should this be mapped?

Construction here has likely progressed since the latest Maxar imagery. Residential roads also likely have names which have not been mapped yet. Adding both these things and/or commenting about them here would be gladly appreciated!

Does this barrier exist currently? The barrier seems to be present in a very old street side imagery but as per the latest satellite imageries there is no barrier present.
