I said re-opening because it's the new place for : way/227946612 (that is actually already closed for some weeks)

It's NOT the old "Espace Théâtral Scarabaeus" introduced by misleading changeset https://osmcha.org/changesets/145765191 (on the moment of this edit it was 3-4 years that Scarabaeus was expropriated by the municipality , see https://scarabaeus.net/index.php/plan-dacces/ ) and they used only the Creuse part while the Haecht part was an old cinema (no more relevant but just to point out it's absolutely not the sames thinks).
