What is the best way to add to this building the several art galleries, the art supply store, and 40 Arts West office?

NEXT Gallery, EDGE Gallery, Core New Art Space, and Kanon Collective all moved less than 1 mile east to The HUB Building at 40 West Arts, located at 6501 W Colfax Ave, Lakewood CO 80214

The Tesla Supercharger actually wraps around the existing ChargePoint station. It's not replacing it. I tried to place the marker where 6 of the 8 stalls are, which is to the south of the 2-stall ChargePoint station.
