I have spotted the place yesterday and look like more a shop=newsagent. I don't go inside to check so prefer to leave a note (many false newsagent in Brussels using this for special rules about opening hours and finaly they don't sell newspappers and act as convenience)

That being said i don't understand why every beginer in osm will have a changeset comment if he complete address like that and the rules (witch i agreed 100 %) is not followed by professionals of this company.
