The key "addr:housename" does not replace "addr:housenumber", but complements it. The example address you provided should be read as "House 5 `Zephiros 4`, Example street, Example Village, Paphos District"

"block 5" goes into "add:unit" key.

On the original proposals some admin_level=6 consists of admin_level=8 areas. But some (e.g. Δήμος Στροβόλου) are simply upgraded from lvl8 to lvl6 and have no subareas in it.

Could you please rewrite the road classification paragraph:
* The classification instructions should follow "Verifiability" principle[1]. Roads should be classifiable without external sources.
* For the Northern Cyprus refs, other than "D." are simply region names, not road class.
* The source you have mentioned seems no longer work.

Please follow mapping convention: E-roads are secondary.

The only exception is when speed limit is above 50 km/h in residential area: mapped as highway=trunk in such case.
