Hi, yes it's correct – you can see on GRAFCAN imagery that it is on top of the tunnel section of Avenida Nelson Mandela, and ends directly above where the latter enters the tunnel. If it's an issue with the proximity of the service road end-node and the node where the tunnel/non-tunnel sections join, it would be normal to add noexit=yes to the service road end node. But in case it makes the situation clearer, I've just extended the service road by one more node, to the gate beside the adjacent building, since it does provide access to this.
