| 4449634 | The route of the Spillway bike path in Linesville, PA is incorrect and resulted in confusion and extra miles (and hills) on our ride yesterday. The bike path does NOT start in Linesville at the Senior Center; there is nothing there but an unpaved private drive with "Posted" signs. The path NEVER runs east of South Mercer Street; it begins with a slight right turn from South Mercer Street about 0.7 miles south of the intersection of West Erie Street (Rte 6) and South Mercer Street. The PA DCNR map shows the correct trail: https://www.trails.dcnr.pa.gov/maptrails/index.html?trailid=132 I have also reported this to Google maps, which has the same error. |
