I would create a new relation and include residential area as a polygon, but this node (1791553385) would be an admin_center. Does that make sense for you?

This makes us a problem since it is the capital city. I residential area isn't an administrative boundary, but we have to have something for the capital. Does that make sense?

Mislim da je razmera u redu, siguran sam da me bunila ta druga polovina crteža. Tako da, ukoliko je moguće da te zamolim ili da uradiš sa building partovima, ili da razdvojiš na dva zasebna objekta.

If you go to https://osmlab.github.io/osm-deep-history/#/way/34633854 it says that building:part is removed by your changeset/102939137, but once I have double checked it was building:part=yes, instead =no.
It seems to be okay now, once it is removed a building:part tag.

I can see that you have changed this building.
If we leave as you did, Empire State Building will become a big box, instead of a nice 3D building. You have removed also the building:part=no, even it is not a part of the building. If you are not 100% sure how it looks now, please go to https://osmbuildings.org/ and look for this building.
